At MoodyAFMugs.com, we proudly stand by the quality of our products and our mission—but due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. Please read below for details on replacements, exchanges, and support.


All Sales Are Final

Because our products are printed on demand and made custom for each customer, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us at mugs@MoodyAFMugs.com.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A photo of the item showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your order number

We will respond promptly and issue a replacement if the claim is approved.


📦 Wrong Item or Size Sent

If you received the wrong product or size due to an error on our end, we’ll make it right—free of charge. Email us within 7 days of receiving the order.


🚚 Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost items due to carrier issues. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.


Customer Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address, selected sizes, and order details before completing checkout. We cannot replace orders due to incorrect information submitted at purchase.
